"We were there for 10 days. I have a CPAP machine and needed distilled water. Our butler, Miguel, bought me a gallon and delivered to our room. Our waiters were awesome. Luis, Jorge, Erik (sexy boy), Alan, Armando. Luis went above and beyond by getting our towels by the pool and anticipating our needs. A very nice experience. Going back next year."

"Probably the best option for all inclusive hotel at a great price! This resort has a good location, yes it may appear older as mentioned in other reviews however, it is very clean and honestly has all you need. The pools are nice as is the mini water park. The buffet is average, but the specialty restaurants are great, the staff at the Mexican restaurant were superb. I've been here on three occasions and the staff is always great. But the person who always stands out to me is Pedro at the pool who kindly made sure we had food and drinks at all times, also providing us shade and tables when possible, those details win us over! I can wait to go back to this resort! "

"Staff made the stay for sure! Miriam and Jorge especially :) The beachside and poolside bars and snack bars were awesome. Wish there was wifi in all of the rooms, and the buffet could have used more pico de gallo/guacamole and chip appetizer options. Definitely reserve a night at the a la carte restaurant (the black bean cream soup was the best soup I have potentially ever had) at the host station first thing weekday mornings, that was a wonderful dining experience. Good value for your money and would recommend!"
