After reading some reviews, I called ahead and requested a unit on the first or second floor overlooking the golf course. I was checking in late and was pretty wiped out. This hotel had everything for our family to have a great spring break. Staff was nice. Other guests were a good mix of families and older folks that had been there as owners for a long time. Plenty of pool toys, food at pool was really good, service was good too. Kids really enjoyed having so many ...

Enjoyed 3 days with my daughter in this wonderful Hotel. I’m definitely going back.
We've stayed here before in 2015, and the layout was better, seemed bigger. It doesn't seem the people who are residents there are thrilled with renters. Water was cold after one shower, called them, and they came in 2 days to fix it. The welcome basket and follow up phone call was nice.
Rooms were a bit small, but it is a nice hotel. Great staff. Huge pool. Great location.
The hotel is functional: decent-sized room, adequate bathroom. Parking is easy, and free. Well located for centre of old Scottsdale - a lot of shopping and restaurant options.
We visit Scottsdale every year. This was our first time at The Phoenician. The service , cleanliness, and atmosphere was stellar! We will definitely return.
Friendly staff and beautiful landscaping, rooms are spacious and very nice
The staff was great, are ice maker wasn’t working, they fixed it right away. I would definitely stay here again.
