"We stayed one night, after arriving late evening to the airport and departing early morning to Safari tour. The place is not far from Airport which was convenient. It's within residential area, gated community. It was OK except quite hard to find for our driver/guides. The room was basic but sufficient. Bathroom was OK but could use some improvements, we were not very lucky with hot water. Breakfast was good and the host was welcoming and friendly."

I followed the address and map given in Expedia apps, I called minimun 15 times to the property while standing at the main gate of huge apartment buildings areas at night around 0030 am. There were lot of buildings and the guard ensured again and again that there is no hotel or day basis renting room in that total housing areas. I had to find out other hotel for short night stay to catch up my flight. Within 15 minutes I described everything to ''...

"It is a fraud. It doesn’t exist. We arrived to the place, we walked all the street along and we didn’t see any signs of the hotel. We called them and when they answered they said us that they would call back. Because they didn’t we called them once again after 30 minutes waiting at the street, they didn’t answer just sent us the sms that the reservation was cancelled at 18. in the day of the reservation. They are deceivers. "

"This is not a hotel, it is an apartment. The owner or manager of the place does not live there and does not come unless contacted. Other guests come, which in normal conditions is alright, but in this case, the other room was occupied by two guys who were doing parties every night, drinking till late, fighting and stealing my food. "The place could NOT even be found! Map was wrong. Directions were wrong. No one at ANY "nearby properties/places" ever even heard of it. The telephone number provided was not answered. I gave uo and purchased another nearby room, which I knew was nice. You all need to check out what you set ui in bookings to make sure it is not alk a big fake! I will never book thru Expedia in Kenya again. Shame on you."

"So booked this stay ion Orbitz and prepaid . When I checked in they said I owed them money. Showed them my receipt on orbitz gave me a hassle but said ok. When I checked out 3 days later said I owed money agsin. Showed her receipts for payment of the 3 nights. Refused to honor them even those I had proof of payment. Threatened to not let me leave until I paid. She made me talk to the people off the phone and I sent them proof emails. Still wanted me to pay agsin for 2 nights. Was a nightmare,...
