All but two very important factors very bad AC in are jacuzzi suit didn’t work first night was bad technician came by are room two times and still don’t work so big argument with front desk staff to have us moved to different suite and yes they did but are view changed from garden ocean view to view of the city Cemetery for the rest of are trip. Food, very good outdoor staff very professional and kind pool bartender very cool and friendly.

The staff is super friendly. The beach is amazing and they work very hard to keep it clean, no seaweed. They have nightly entertainment and their 4 restaurant options are great. You can rent a golf cart at the hotel for a very reasonable price and keep it for 24 hours. Highly recommend it for any adults that want a relaxing but fun vacation spot.

Loved the hotel and friendly staff. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Restaurants at the hotel had great food for the all inclusive. Beach access is great with chairs and bed to relax at. Hotel is close to many restaurants, bars and shops. Great location for a relaxing location. Weekend can be noisy in surrounding areas

FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, KIND, AND ATTENTIVE STAFF. I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT USING PLASTIC GLASSES/STRAWS TO PROTECT OCEAN WILDLIFE, AND SMOKERS ALL OVER WITHOUT RESPECTING NON-SMOKING AREAS, AND LEAVING THE CIG BUTTS ANYWHERE.
