Not a very pleasant stay
Room was OK. The lifts need serious repairs. It took us 10 min to get the lift and get to our room. We checked in one room and they had a lounge just above our room so it was very noisy where as the details of the room say noise proof rooms. We had to request and change the room which they did for us. As soon as we got in the room we heard some girls shouting in the lift as the lift had stopped working and they were stuck. For breakfast it was surprising that we had to pay extra for a hot chocolate and for eggs. Those are basic things which should be a part of a breakfast. On the other side the staff was very helpful. As soon as we complained they changed the room for us. During check out one of the staffs really tried hard to get us a taxi. Unfortunately I personally wouldn't go again to the hotel

great location.. bad experience..
Bathroom privacy is a concern.. Aircon did not work properly.. they were not able to fix.. lift buttons need some work.. Sloppy housekeeping.. bathrooms had been recently renovated.. still had construction dust.. took away 4 towels and then replaced 3.. Horrible breakfast experience .. no buffet.. so must take their set meal with beef (we are vegetarians).. not interested in our inputs.. no replacements offered.. charged extra even though we didnt take their set meal..

The room was DIRTY and was dusty. The mini fridge was broken We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping was done despite us putting a sign on the door and also calling reception to inform them no housekeeping was done and they said they would send someone but they never did. Utterly unprofessional staff. I do not know how this hotel is still operating

Worst hotel I had ever stay in .. Don’t try it
One of the worst hotel I have had ever stayed in since 35 years ago when I started traveling around the world .. the employees are very friendly but the rooms that had given to us were very awful .. very dirty and blankets untidy.. very very noisy especially from outside traffic and the police sirens and the ship’s horns.. moreover, guests and employees were very noisy and couldn’t sleep at all. The worst nightmare was the bathroom!! The toilet flush didn’t work and the washbasin drainage was blocked and the water overflow!!! Additionally the water was freezing and there was no hot water at all.. I was planning to stay two weeks in this hotel but my family requested me to leave day to a franchised chain hotel which I did. Therefore, I don’t recommend this hotel and the owner of this hotel should think twice before running a hotel in this situation!!! I don’t recommend Hotels.com to do business with this hotel again. It will damage its reputation and international image that hotels.com built over too many years.

For an average of $110 per night , I stayed in the worst dirtiest smelly hotel room in my life. The bed sheets smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep. Pillow were very uncomfortable and the cover was very small and smelly. The shower was loaded with mold and rust and greedy floor . Hallways dark no working lights .

I think that the service was very good. The reception especially tried their best to make sure everything was to my liking. The room I had was in a bit of a state of disrepair, but I did also get the cheapest room so I can't really complain.

Strategic location and beautiful view from 7th flr
Excellent location for tourist since there was tram just opposite. Some rooms need to be repair esp toilet light, bedroom light & hairdryer. Male reception work late night shift were very helpful & friendly when we arrived but day shift (name I can’t remember) were very rude during teleconversation when we were asked to be transfered to another room. Breakfast was same everday not variety. The breakfast time was from 7 to 10.30 but it should be extended to 11.30am since some tourist woke up late because long hours travel or entertainment should be considered by the hotel management. The service was not up to standard.

Location is amazing - service was also good. We got upgraded to a suite which was stinking to the point we couldnt even enter the suite. We were then given a room with a beautiful view but was tiny.The hotel seems to be in a constant state of needing repair- we had to call to get the water heater fixed, room cards didn't work- but to the hotel's credit, an electrician came at 1 am to fix the door. There was always a wait for the elevator- as the hotel had a rooftop hookah bar. The pros are that the location is great with a view of the Bosphorous and is right across a tram station. The rooftop restaurant served great food and is a happening hookah lounge. Only if they could work on the hotel infrastructure.

Old Hotel and noisy and not customer friendly.
I booked a sea view Room but when I reached there they told me that we don’t have rooms availability and I was waiting for more than one hour after that they gave me a normal room but same price of sea view . This Hotel was very noisy and old bathroom.there is not customer friendly.

Facilities were not great. Simple things didn’t work like the lock on the toilet door, the rooms smelled like damp and the cleanliness wasn’t great. The biggest issue was the first night they put us in the room under Lulu Hookah lounge and we did not sleep all night. Tables being moved around until 5 am, no sound proofing, no blackout curtains so the light came through the window reflected on the mirrors straight into your eyes and cutlery being moved around. They seem to put anyone that come to the hotel in that room for the first night - expecting people to request a room change. I am aware of 2 other customers that were placed in that room for the first night. Breakfast is okay, filter coffee runs out at 8:20, staff are nice and speak English.

Very dangerous, anyone can walk in from the club/lounge upstairs without being checked and they can go to any floor. The rooms all smell like cigarettes and AC only functions for 15-20 min then goes on fan air. Not recommended

Staff were rude, unhelpful with unbelievably judgmental attitude, every time I walked into the hotel they judged my looks and questioned me if I’m really staying here. The booking was altered without informing me, I booked a room for a proper sea view but got a room close to the ground with loud city noises, and with annoying problems in the toilet, problematic window that won’t open, light sensors that always turn on & off randomly loud noises coming from the ventilation and leaking sink pipes and not working TV remote.
