This place is awsome. The staff are really nice friendly and efficient. In getting you what you need, from fast food to delicious food. Sporting equipment not a problem. And general knowledge of the area is always I'm formative and never misleading. While your there you need to ask about the Mill iron ranch the sleigh ride and elk observatory is something to see. Also the steak. My family love coming here and will always continue to return.

Nice, new, classy but rusticPosted Oct 28, 2014
Pleasantly surprised to walk into a very nice room. Decor was great. Everything looked and smelled new. The only issue we had was a very hard mattress. We were told it was new and that all rooms had the same type...very firm. The breakfast was very good.

Quite and relaxingPosted Oct 25, 2014
Very beautiful property. We stayed in a cabin on the creek. we also toured the spa suites. Would definitely stay in a spa two bedroom if we go back with the kids. The king cabin was perfect for the two of us. Property is close to the town square and not far from Teton national park. Highly recommend.

Awesome!Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed the nature walk area! Loved the fire pits and seating areas.
Everything was awesome from the beginning. The Rustic Inn is a beautiful place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is within walking distance of the town square and most shops. Minutes from the lodge you are in Grand Teton National Park. Our room was clean and comfortable and the grounds are kept immaculate.

Return VisitPosted Sep 27, 2014
Pros: It was clean, quiet and in an excellent location
Cons: A lot
Location: Close to Teton National Park and Yellowstone. Steps from the Elk Preserve and the historic downtown of Jackson.
Third time staying at the inn. The amenities were lacking. Spigot in sink was broken; shower had very weak pressure; heated floor was broken; breakfast was not as good- ran out of food or food was cold. Charge a lot which we were willing to pay for the amenities and quality of our first two visits. Unfortunately they were missing this time and when we told staff of problems we got excuses but no fixes.

Looks Like a Mom and Pop Motel, BUT is Much MorePosted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the Nature Walk
Cons: Maybe a bit friendlier check-in. The person at the desk did not volunteer any information until we asked, e.g. how do we get on the internet...
Location: Across the street from the visitors center and walking distance to downtown
Its a bit pricey, but has a lot of nice touches to include the room decor and the Nature Walk.

Looks are Deceiving!Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Within reasonable walking distance into town center.
Cons: Electrical outlets are buried under the center of each bed and difficult to reach if you need to position anything on the nightstands.
Location: Reasonable distance into town center for shopping purposes and the gateway into Grand Teton National Park.
Looks like a upscale facility until you stay there and find out that it specializes in servicing the tour bus crowd. Huge diesel tour buses arrive each evening and leave early each morning that make more noise than you can imagine and leave the lovely odor of diesel fuel in the air long after they have departed. This hotel has a lot of rooms that they have to fill each night and therefor need the tour bus crowd. I don't fault their business plan, but once you experience the onslaught of bodies pouring off each bus and attempt to deal with it during the check-in process or breakfast line, then you might want to check out other facilities. At 100% off the nightly rate, I'm not staying there ever again. There are many other places deserving of your lodging dollar. The hotel also fronts the main highway into the center of Jackson, WY

Charming log cabins with frontier decor! Overlooks the creek.bar, outside dining and wine cellar too. Easy walk to town. Food was great.
