Normally I fly Southwest because of the free bags and fun people. Just FYI
No plugs In the cheap seats for my phone
Took off on time, landed early so easy to make our connecting flight.
Would be nice to have something more to eat on a 3+ hour flight. Also, the scale weighing luggage varied depending on where the suitcase was placed. I felt as though I had done something wrong because of the attitude of the staff. Supposedly, my suitcase was 4 pounds over and I was frantically trying to take things out after the lady told me they would have to add extra fuel to the plane because my suitcase was over 50 lbs. Really? I felt bad enough to be causing a delay, but I didn’t do it on purpose. Then when we realized the weight varied on my husband’s suitcase depending on placement, she didn’t offer to let me put things back in my suitcase. This was my first time flying United and I was somewhat disappointed in the customer service.
I appreciate that they waited for late arriving passengers from another flight. That's actually pretty humane even though it meant we took off late
Can’t believe in this day and age that you have no in flight free video/audio. Cheep cheep
From DEN to Jackson I received a free drink. That was a solido
How about the :-( options - your tight seats are still horrible and I am only 5'4" and 130 lbs - big people next to you are in your lap. How about a size limit on people like bags? Also everyone ought to have room for one something small overhead - if you board in group 4, or even 3 sometimes, forget it, all the overhead bins are full. Sigh, I'll still drive or take a train if possible. Flying is now choice of Last Resort - too bad, it used to be fun.
Good experience on this trip.
Seated next to grossly overweight man whose body encroached on my seat space. I was "Pinned" in my seat.
