We loved that we could walk to the main square so easily! Massiveee rooms but they were pretty plain rooms. I guess from the lobby and around the area I expected a bit more “ritz” to the rooms. Still, worth the price since it’s so accessible and walkable! We enjoyed!

Decent interior but the electrical breaker for the lights kept going out. The phones in the room gave to reference on how to contact the front desk. Lights went out twice, just from normal usage. Rookie mistakes by the new property management.

The room we had was in a funny/odd location. You took the elevator to the third floor, walked down some stairs to the dining room, walked up some stairs to our room. Granted the are only 2 rooms in this area so there was no loud walking or running down the hallway. The room was quiet but odd location. The shower water was luke warm at best. Since it was late and no maintenance people still working we had to take cold shower. They fix it the next day though. Complimentary breakfast was suppose to start at 6am. We had a tour to start at 6:30 am so tried to get coffee at 6:15 am, no coffee, some fruit and cereal and a few other items were out, but no coffee. The tip jar was out however.

The Rockwell is a great hotel! Very walkable to Jackson Town Square and the surrounding restaurants and sights. Easy drive to Teton National Park and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Every morning, hot breakfast was served along with yogurts, fruit, cereal, juices. The lobby had warm, fresh baked cookies in the evening and had tea, coffee, lemonade, and water served throughout the day - nice touch! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and hip place to stay with an excellent location! Will stay here again next time we visit Jackson.

Very comfortable, spacious room. Heated floors were nice. Door did not seem to seal or shut flush, but it was still quiet. Would also be nice to have elevators. Staff were great, especially cleaning staff. Carpets need to be cleaned. Great location.
