"Everything is new and works well. Cottage was spotless and prepared well. Check in process, door locks, internet etc all perfect. Just a little too early in the season for leaves on trees, so didn't get the secluded feeling that we imagine would have been there just a couple of weeks later. "We were so lucky to get this property, it is only 7 miles from the Bethel venue where we saw Rod Stewart in concert. The house had everything we needed, the master bed was so comfortable & high up! The nearby park was well worth the visit. We were able to attend a pancake breakfast at the nearby fire station. We spent most of our time in the porch area, nicely furnished & plenty of Hummingbirds at the feeder. We saw the deers daily. Such a great get-away for 2 Florida girls!"

"The place was as advertised and more. They had everything needed for a relaxing and quiet stay. They have managed to incorporate multiple activities in one place. The outside jacuzzi, the fire pit area, the hammock area, the picnic table area, the back porch with grill area and the inside TV area with movies. We loved our stay. We recommend to all."

"Beautiful home and lake, better than the pictures. Communication with host was great. There were some sort of birds caged in the neighbors yard behind that made VERY loud noises throughout the day/night. Also there was no propane for the grill but the kitchen was fully stocked so not an issue for us!"

"My girlfriend, and I had the best week of our entire year at this house. The area is phenomenal, the house itself is cozy and comfortable, and the lake is beautiful. We caught a whole bunch of bass right off the dock, took the boat out and caught some pickerel. what great fishing :). there was a very good vegan pizza place nearby for those who need vegan food., The geary family is wonderful. Upon arrival, we were thrilled by the surprise of a wine bottle, its the little things that make the stay...

"Was very clean, host was responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the gas and someone came to fix it within 2 hours. It snowed during our stay and the snow was plowed by someone twice. Could only find 2 bathrooms. Not a problem for our group, just informing. Overall, amazing stay and would recommend"
