I arrived late at night and discovered the room had no blinds, the light then disturbing my much needed sleep. The next day I changed rooms, but neither of the rooms were the more glamorous circular windowed rooms presented on the website. The coffee machines in each room didnt work and were replaced by others that didnt work, very disappointing over a 5 night stay. I booked the Hilton for it's high quality but it didnt live up to expectations.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. All the employees we encountered were friendly and made us feel welcome.
