"We loved that it was so peaceful and quiet. Also hidden back from the street, tucked behind lilac bushes. Everything was so cozy and homey. We have never stayed at an Air B and B (VRBO) before. We normally stay in motels but this will speedily become a habit for us! We slept so soundly and we'll - refreshed for each days adventures! "It is a basement apartment in a nice neighborhood. Communication with the host was great. The property is 5 minutes away from SUU. Again, it is a basement apartment so there was noise from upstairs. It could use a good dusting and the bathroom towels and shower curtain smelled a little weird."

"My husband, 4 kids and I really enjoyed our stay in this basement apartment. It seems to have been recently renovated. The appliances were all nice and new and there was everything that we needed to prepare food in the kitchen. The apartment was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The location was good too. The neighborhood was quiet but only a short drive to restaurants and stores. We would stay here again. "

"We came down to Cedar City for my son’s water polo tournament. Even though it was in Enoch, it was a very quick drive into Cedar City. This place was very spacious and we enjoyed being able to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. With teenagers, this makes trips so much more enjoyable. "This place was so relaxing! We enjoyed our stay immensely. This cute hobbit themed spot is located in a very quiet neighborhood in Cedar City, close by to the main downtown area. Fun decor and spacious. The hosts were very easy to deal with and extremely gracious when we asked to stay an additional night last minute. Everything we wanted to see was not too far and was very convenient. We would enjoy coming back and would definitely book again."
