"Excellent rental experience. Simple check in and check out, clean and well kept. Only 5 minutes from St. Norbert campus so very convenient for visiting our daughter! Don't let the exterior of the building deceive you--the interior is what matters and it was great!"

"Right on the corner of a busy street and near train tracks… the provided earplugs certainly help. Apartment was very clean and all the appliances worked great! Night life is very active and loud. Within walking distance to several bars."

"The remodeling/upgrades done on this 1900’s apartment are well done. They’ve modernized the apartment while keeping the classic charm. While Downton Appleton goes to sleep early (unless you enjoy bar hopping), the block that this apartment is located has a number of fun little shops/coffeehouses/eateries. There is also a large YMCA behind this apartment which offers day passes if you accustom to a daily workout. One negative (which is out of the control of this apartment owner) is parking....

"Property desperately needs some bug spray and maintenance. The electrical is a bit slipshod and the microwave is unreliable. I’m also not sure why they include an oven/stovetop but don’t have any pots or pans. The shower was uncomfortably small and this led to several mishaps while showering. Aside from this, the property was serviceable. The air conditioner keeps the bed cool at night, and the bed was comfortable."

"The apartment in general was nice and clean. Bathroom linens left alot to be desired. Tattered washcloths. Hand towel bleach stains. Had 4 people staying 2 nights and only 4 washcloths and 4 towels. Close to many things. Very convenient. I would stay again."

"Our family had a really nice getaway weekend. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and the dogs, the fenced in yard was very helpful. The owner was great and answered all of our questions very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
