"When David built this basement apartment, he did not spare expense. The design and the quality of materials, fixtures and appliances is top notch. Not to mention the top of the line Sony projector, movie screen and surround sound. It feels like you are in a theater. Of course now we are spoiled at home with our puny big screen LOL. We will definitely stay there again."

"This property is a delight -- unless you are very tall! So convenient to our family and all that St. Johns and Portland has to offer, wonderfully designed, decorated and equipped. We particularly liked the king sized bed, the luxury of in-unit laundry, and the abundance of cozy throws. However . . .
