"Brought my girlfriend here for a weekend for her birthday, was a short distance to the beach and boardwalk. Didn’t have to drive at all during the duration of our stay. It was clean and easy to check in and out of, 10/10 would stay again."

The rental was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach which had a well maintained boardwalk which made for easy walking. Short drive to numerous restaurants in Belmar and Asbury Park. Very nice and spacious private bathrooms with walk in showers adjacent to each of the 3 bedrooms. Nicely handicap accessible. "We loved our stay here. We brought our toddler and 2 teenagers and everybody had a great time. The location is incredible, just steps from the beach and a few mins walk to all the rides on boardwalk. Even tho it was so close to boardwalk the cottage was super quiet and peaceful. The beds were really comfy. The whole place was spotless and the hosts were very accommodating. It comes with beach passes too which was handy for our family of 5. Highly recommend staying here. "No Wi-Fi or television cable at the property. Communication with “property manager” was completely poor. Doesn’t respond. Place could be much nicer if maintained properly. Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise"

"We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. It is a small cottage - one bedroom, combined living room/kitchen area and one bathroom but it had all the essentials for a quick girls weekend. A little cramped with two adults and two kids, but it was expected and met our expectations. Everything was clean, location to the beach was great and the two complimentary beach tags were a nice touch. Owner was responsive and helpful."

"Great little beach house only blocks from the shore! Perfect for a long weekend. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Host was great and easy to work with. Only complaint was lack of cleaning supplies. We have messy kids and the house didn’t come with basic cleaning supplies. We needed to improvise a broom and dustpan! Minor stuff, not even enough to knock it off 5 stars!"
