"The perfect place for some well needed R&R. Enjoyed the hot tub and especially having Penns Creek right there. Unfortunately we came right after several days of heavy rain and didn’t get much fishing in (water was too rough). We did take a few short drives to the lakes in the area. My dog loved it and first time we saw her enjoy the water we will definitely come visit again in summer or fall. The mountains are beautiful in the fall. "We didn’t get to stay long as we just used the location to sleep during the Olympic Wrestling Trials in State College, but the cottage was clean and in a very nice secluded location. Would definitely stay again! The owners are also very responsive."

"This was the perfect place for us to stay for the weekend. We were visiting family in the area and we were glad to have a nice place to stay that was clean and well furnished. It's located at the end of the street so it was quiet, which I appreciated for my 5 month old. Bonita was easy to communicate with during our stay. "Hiking weekend in this gorgeous area. Appreciated the hot shower, warm bed, fire ring and charcoal grille. Hosts were available but allowed us privacy to enjoy the beautiful river view. They even provided us a car shuttle when we needed it!. Will definitely stay here again."

"The owners were excellent hosts. Great value for the price. Located in nice neighborhood. Loved the rustic wood floor and antiques. Clean and warm. Owners kept the kitchen stocked with tea and coffee. Very “homey” feel. The open bathroom wasn’t a big issue for us since we stayed with family. Less expensive than any other hotels in the area, especially on a game weekend."

"We were a family group of 11 including a newborn, toddler, two teens, and adults. The house has plenty of space to spread out especially when the weather is nice with the long deck overlooking the winery. The hosts were responsive and addressed a small issue quickly. Bathrooms were well stocked. Good water pressure except in the master bath shower. Kitchen had everything you could possibly want. All in all a great family trip."
