Ended not staying

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Old facility, bad smell, broken bed. Management with a bad attitude wanted to charge us $25 dollars for refusing to stay arguing that we stayed more than 15 min. It was until he checked the times that he refunded the full amount.

ROOM # 230

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Nothing, they need a complete remodel.
Cons: Almost everything.
Location: Location was good and very close to the strip, just adjacent to the MGM Grand.
Not worth talking about. Toilet flush had to be held down to flush. We had to request more towels and pillows. TV was not working and after 2 hours or so, they replaced the TV. No cups and we had to buy new cups from an outside shop. AC cannot be properly controlled. Blankets were too thin on the bed.

Better than motel 6

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Wi-Fi, better sound proofing?
Location: Short drive to hoover dam, easy walk to the strip... whatever else there is in Las Vegas.
Close to the strip (easy walking distance), room was clean, Wi-Fi sucked (reminded me of dial-up, but without the classic sounds). The rooms come with more amenities (like soaps) than motel 6, which I believe didn't even have hair driers? The walls were a little thin, when the Spanish family the floor below us got up early and hung out outside their room for several hours, their talking woke us up and kept us awake.

This is an inexpensive motel two blocks from the strip and on the edge of the airport..

I was a little worried

Posted Feb 16, 2015
We needed a hotel over a holiday weekend that wasn't as expensive. My daughter plays softball for a college team and it gets expensive traveling. We usually stay at Marriott but everything was priced really high. We don't spend a lot of time in the room mostly looking for a bed and shower. It is very old and not in perfect condition. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It wasn't very big. Location wasn't bad but some sketchy people around. We didn't have any problems though.

Pros: the location, the room was clean
Location: I stayed at the Las Vegas location on Tropicana...very close to the strip and convenient
the only reason I rate it a 4.0 is because when my husband and I took showers in the morning to get ready to check out...the shower water kept on going from very hot to very cold, that was very upsetting and annoying.
