We always stay here on our way to and from Southern California. Nice, small casino. Staff always friendly. Beautiful view of Topaz Lake.

Property old original air conditioner replaced with in room vented A/C bed linens clean but only 2 pillows ? No ventalilation in bathroom. Outlets old and would not hold whatever you plugged in. 1 ice machine for 3 floors and usually empty.

We had reservations in the steakhouse for approximately 16 people celebrating a friends 50th birthday. Reservations were for 5 o’clock. We arrived at the lodge approximately 130 not expecting to be able to get in the room right away but, we weren’t able to get into our rooms till almost at 5 PM! They said the rooms were still dirty. No one could clean them. So when we finally did get in the rooms, we had approximately five minutes to get ready to go have dinner in the steakhouse for his birthday party. We felt the waitress in the steakhouse maybe was just having a bad day, but she wasn’t particularly friendly. There was a lot of mishaps over the bill for that party accustomed cake that was a disaster once it was brought out. And overall, the food was just mediocre. Some of the food was real good and others were very disappointed. Sadly, I’m going to write it overall about it about a 2. Makes me sad to even have to write this because we had gone to it several times over the years and had a nice time there without real complaints. Also, the music in the casino was way too loud to the point. We didn’t even want to stay in there and gamble, I’m sorry to have such a bad rating but we won’t be coming back and neither will the 16 other people that were there

An amazing family place and very close to Lake Topaz. You will have to drive to the lake but its only about 5 minutes away.

We were able to reserve the room on short notice for a holiday. The poor woman at the front desk was working alone and overwhelmed by the phone and other employees who needed her help. The room was ok but didn’t look anything like the online photos. The shower was tiny and there was no outlet for hair styling appliances. The AC unit worked great but was noisy. The guests in the room above us were loud or it could be the lack of soundproofing in the ceiling. The coffee shop food was good and reasonably priced for both dinner and breakfast. The lake view was beautiful.

This was my first visit to this property. Pros: Lots of convenient parking. Good view of Topaz Lake. Many thanks for the two free drinks at check-in. Nice bar and lounge to hang out at. Good wifi and cable tv. Air conditioning works well. Views of the lake from the bar and restaurant are plentiful and picturesque. Nice staff. Cons-: Difficult to find front desk for check-in. No clear signage. Other guests needed to guide me. No working ice machines in any of the three buildings. (And this is the summer season.) An offering of an alternate source of free ice would have been nice when the ice machines are out. After a strenuous day, I couldn't soak in the bathtub because the stopper for the tub's drain wouldn't work. Lots of previous tennants hairr on the floor. Food service at the restaurant was REALLY slow. (But, when it arrived, it was good.) The Topaz Lodge is a comfortable hotel/casino with a good services and adequate rooms. It could use maintenance in some areas.

The rooms all need to be flattened and replaced. The hotel is dirty and due to staffing shortages, the room wasn’t available until 2 hours past check in. The only positive remark I can make is the restaurant is decent.

We had fun hanging out at the casino and listening to the live music. The cafe was very good. It was quite noisy the night we stayed, but there was a large group of bikers staying, so maybe it was just that one night.
