"My family visited NYC and stayed at Nancy’s apartment. We found the entire experience very convenient and pleasant. The parking onsite was wonderfully convenient. Location was very close to the train to help us navigate to our activities over the course of our stay. The apartment was very clean and ample to fit our family of 5 and stocked to support us during the stay. "Great location and spacious property perfect for a large group of friends exploring NYC. Due to its central location, the front bedrooms are extremely noisey at all hours of the day. The property is suitable and functional for a short stay, but is a little run down including broken tiles in the upstairs bathroom, rickety occasional chairs, unkept outdoor area and unstable railing on the stairs. The property manager is very responsive and helpful."

"Property was nicely remodeled, bright and cheery. The kitchen was adequate, could have had a few more items to making cooking easier. The host was very receptive to making this happen. It was a close walk to the beach & parks. There were restaurants nearby or a short drive away. It was a perfect way to say goodbye to summer."

"We booked this home to celebrate my bachelorette party! 8 of us girls fit comfortably! We enjoyed the layout and spacious living room. Everything was as it said in the listing and very clean. The location is the best part! Across the street from a coffee shop, a cool bar, and food options. The host was prompt and always available when needed. A lot of us have talked about wanting to come back a rent this home again. 10/10 recommend."

"We took our 13 year old son to NYC for his birthday. This condo was the perfect place for us to stay! It is a short walk to the train and great place to eat, but out of the way enough that you're not right in the middle of the hustle - but just a block away! Everything was clean and nice. They even had a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher! The hosts even checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was just right!"

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."
