Welcome to our secluded oasis located in the heart of Venice!

This tastefully designed home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the colorful Venice Boardwalk, Windward Circle, the shops on Abbot Kinney Blvd, as well as the Venice pier, Marina Del Rey harbor, and Santa Monica. It also features an airy and bright ambiance, has vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows and skylights, as well as a lush vibrant backyard.

This Bohemian-inspired gem exudes modern exudes modern elegance throughout. An ideal getaway for experiencing indoor-outdoor living in Venice!

Our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home provides the convenience and relaxation you need. The bright and airy living area is perfectly designed for those who come to Venice to work or unwind. In addition to many restaurants nearby, we have a fully equipped chef's kitchen that boasts ample storage, top-of-the-line appliances, and a European dining nook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.

After the long adventure outside, make your way into our bedrooms which are equipped with luxury bedding. We have 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed with private access to the front patio. The master bedroom upstairs has a California king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that features an outdoor-like shower and a jet tub. The 2 other bedrooms upstairs have queen-sized beds each. The home also features private patios, balconies, and decks throughout for ample entertainment and leisure.

You can enjoy watching the breathtaking sunset from the rooftop terrace, sunbathe in the backyard, read a book inside the treehouse or hangout by the outdoor fireplace.

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, TV with streaming services, and 1 parking space are all provided during your stay!

!!!DO NOT BOOK!!!
The property is in a great location and is bright, spacious and airy. However given the cost, there were a number of issues which we feel were unacceptable. Actually even it if had been less expensive, they would still have been a problem.. Downstairs: No key for the outside door and the doorbell didn’t’ work Only one set of keys for the property All outdoor/indoor soft furnishings stained Not enough seating for the main table No welcome pack at all (I appreciate this isn’t a requirement but there was literally nothing) General: No chairs in any of the bedrooms or bathrooms Nowhere to hang towels in the second bathroom Master bedroom shower faulty and unusable. Plumber took 24 hours to attend and then said the entire fitting needed to be changed Overhead night lights in the master bedroom couldn’t be turned off and electrician never came to the property to sort Outside: The garden is totally uncared for and the furniture dirty and mostly wet. Badly needed attention. Likewise the terrace off the master bedroom. Wet and stained furniture and the door almost impossible to open/close Communication: There is no way to contact the host directly. At best, you're only able to speak with the host's "assistant" who isn't helpful in any way. I mistakenly overbooked, and noticed the error minutes after booking. Per CA law, cancelations are permitted within 24hrs of booking up to 4 days before the reservation. The owner violated this law. Know your rights when booking in CA.
