Perfect for our needs
Edgar is the best host we have ever experienced through VRBO, very responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our group of seven adults, comfortable, roomy and clean. Seemed like he had thought of so many extra touches to make our stay special. The location is great, close to Burbank airport and accessible to LAX, and many other activities are nearby. We found the neighborhood quiet and we loved the outdoor area.

we were a party of 8. check-in check-out was fast and good. Edgar is very friendly. House is very clean and well maintained. We cooked. Kitchen was well stocked. Universal was 15 mins drive and Disney was 1 hour. The neighborhood was ok. Not great for a walk. One thing that can be improved upon is the beds and pillows could be a little more comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation which is actually even better than the pictures! Could not have been made more welcome by the fabulous Edgar, who made sure we had everything we needed and was always on hand with advice and suggestions. Edgar is absolutely amazing! He greeted us when we arrived, showed us his amazing home and was on call for whatever we needed. The house was fully stocked which is a great touch. The backyard is amazing, I loved spending time outside with my family of 7 we all fit so comfortably. 10 out of 10 experience!! Highly recommend!! He will not disappoint.

The photos do not do this property justice . And not only is the home , all appliances , TV’s , decor and cleanliness Beautiful and Top Notch Grade A status , but the hospitality, help and communication from the Host ( Edgar ) is far above what I could have expected ! He went up and above for my stay to make me feel totally at ease without worry or need ! I not only recommend this place for anyone in the area, but I am making this property my go to place for every vacation!

Great place!
This is a beautiful house, meticulously decorated and cared for. I and three other friends of mine come to this area once a year and have rented homes 6x. Every place we've rented has served our needs, but this place was, by far, the best place where we've stayed. I will look to see if this property is available every time I come to this area from now on. Highly, highly recommended!
