But things ran smoothly, maid service each day (which is nice), front desk check-in/out with Karin was speedy, breakfast was good-plenty of options even though it was packed with families. Walking distance to shops & restaurants-good location & safe! Easy to get to places around L’ville with no hassle of downtown hotels/parking/noise."

The biggest complaint is lack of management taking care of the very rowdy teenagers in the pool (roughly 10 of them) with no adults to supervise them so they were not being respectful to others as my son got yanked off the ladder by one and also kicked in the face as 3 teenagers jumped in together. There is plenty to do around this location and all within walking distance. We always love our stay at Residence Inn Louisville Downton, Kentucky."
