We loved our two-day stay here. It's conveniently located outside the walls of Lucca but close enough to easily walk to the historic district. Parking was safe and secure behind a gated wall. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts phenomenal. This is a perfect place to stay if you're visiting the wonderful medieval city of Lucca.

The Pride of Lucca!
This is a fabulous B&B, very warm and VERY welcoming. It’s family run and all members of the family are just so very kind and so very generous in their hospitality that I would never even dream of staying anywhere else on any visit to Lucca. It is spotlessly clean, the rooms are comfortable and the shower was great. It has a beautiful garden that must be something really special in the summer, and perfect for an evening apperitivo after a day of walking the city. The breakfast pastries, well, just look at the picture - in a word, delicious!!! It is absolutely everything you need. My wife and I and our 13 year old son just loved it.

What a beautiful place to begin our trip through Italy. Only a 3-5 min walk to central old town and tucked away on a very quiet little street, this place has it all. Parking inside the walls (the place used to be a convent for nuns), an upscale room, so much breakfast we couldn’t eat it all, and sweet proprietors (multiple languages spoken here- we needed English). The gates and doors are keyed so you are free to come and go as you like without checking in and out and the place was spotless. Owners live in the small home on the property next door but were alway around when when needed help. The courtyard and breakfast area is lush with greenery and birds are everywhere. Note that this booking feels like a small inclusive mix between hotel (amenities) and b&b with the a local family. -Great mix! Lucca’s old city is a very short straight walk away- we rented a bike to explore town on the proprietor’s suggestion and loved every min of our time here! I highly recommend this location. Ask them to tell you of the history here too. We will be back here in the future.

Parking dans l’établissement, super chambre, à 10-15 min du centre ville de Lucca, nous avons reçu des recommandations pour des restaurants par la responsable de l’hébergement. Et au réveil, un excellent petit déjeuner encore meilleur que dans un hôtel avec produits frais et de qualité. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, wir haben sogar Wein von der Inhaberin kostenlos serviert bekommen als wir im schönen Garten saßen. Großes Zimmer, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr sauber, Stadt schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr gute Essenstipps, hervorragendes Frühstück (Wahl zwischen süßes italienisches oder herzhaftes Frühstück). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Nur die Betten waren etwas unbequem (harte Matratzen).
