It was very nice hotel. All people, receptionists and kitchen workers, I met are all very kind.
Before asking, a receptionist asked to my wife to call a taxi and another receptionist checked my car parking time because only during 18:00 - 08:00, parking was free in front of the hotel we stayed in.
My family and I really enjoyed and felt comfortable at the hotel.

We stayed 2 nights in this modern luxury hotel located in the small resort town of Clervaux while on vacation. The suite was beautifully furnished, clean, modern and HUGE. We were there in the "off" season so there were not many guests in the other suites. Staff was friendly, but we had some trouble with communication since we speak no french. One would hope that an International Hotel would do a bit better with staff fluent in several other languages. The complete facilities included a large pool, spa, massage room and a choice of two dining rooms. A delicious breakfast buffet was part of the package each morning. Overall it's an outstanding place to stay.

Beautiful historic building lovingly restored. It has wellness suites which I did not use so cannot rate, but on check in we were invited to book out free private use of this spa. The room we were allocated is not show on any of the. Website photos and was a second floor "attic" room with a large portion of the room under a sloping ceiling (including one side of the bed). Having moved the beds over a bit to avoid knocking one unconscious on getting out of bed, I still managed on several occasions to bash my head on the ceiling. Room had TV, tea/coffee making, mini bar, and small shower room/toilet with shower the whole width of the room with rain shower head. There was only one chair in the bedroom (odd in a double room, but room so small another chair probably would not have fitted) The chateau is in the tiny village of Urspelt surrounded by farm land with a church next door, which rang its bells, long and loud at 6.30am, so don't expect a lie in.
Breakfast buffet was very nice, and the decour in there was beautiful.
Did not eat in the chateau's Victoria restaurant so cannot rate it. You need transport to get to the nearest village of Clervaux as the distance and road is not easily walkable, there are a few bars, restaurants, and a small supermarket there, as well as a castle, church and Abbey (worth a photo)
All in all, for the price paid on Expedia, it was well worth the money, and we would love to stay there again

This was a trip just for the weekend but wish we could have stayed longer! Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff who were happy to speak French, German and English. Although out of town it was close enough to the main road into Luxembourg and Germany so easy access with our hire car. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived too early at the hotel to check in our room, however, the staff made us very comfortable whilst we waited for our room to be ready and informed us about the buses that went past the hotel into the centre of Luxembourg. The bus takes about 20 minutes and is very good value. Our room had everything that was needed and a free minibar! The minibar contains soft drinks. Breakfast is help yourself. I would certainly recommend this hotel not only for the standard of the room but the helpfulness of the staff which was second to none.
