"The Priory was a delightful find situated in the Herefordshire countryside about 4 miles from Hereford. We stayed in one of the self-contained apartments which was both comfortable and well-equipped. The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly to questions we had pre-arrival including a recommendation for an evening meal at the Bell Inn in Tillington. "

"The room was well proportioned, neat and clean. Bathroom was a great size. Fridge had complinentary milk for tea and coffee , also bottles of water which was very welcome. Bed was very comfy with a good view of the tv which offered netflix"

"We only stayed for one night, in room 10 on the ground floor. Lovely view over the garden, which with the weather been kind we could sit out in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, nicely cooked and plenty of choice. We didn't really find anywhere to eat in Hereford city centre with it being a Saturday night so I would advise booking something if in a similar situation. Ended up in the Rose and Crown pub (Green King) about 5 minutes walk away, which was just ok."

"Great food and if you're staying they reserve a table for you in case you want to eat dinner there. Huge home cooked portions. There's nothing in the immediate vicinity so if you want quiet you'll find it, but Ledbury is a close drive away if you want small town local shops. I would stay again. "

"We had a lovely 2 night stay at the Larches. Inge, Malcolm and Morag made us feel very welcomed. A hot drink and cake on arrival, and great breakfasts too. The Larches is a fabulous house in beautiful grounds, a short drive from some great local pubs and outdoor activities. Would thoroughly recommend."

"Torlands was a lovely place. Nothing was too much trouble for the hoist. They made us feel at home and their house is beautiful. It was very quiet and the views from upstairs were beautiful. Delicious breakfast. We would definitely stay at Torlands again. "

Our toilet wasn't flushed from the previous guests when we arrived but besides that the house was spotless. Charles was a very welcoming host and made us an incredible breakfast. "Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...
