"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"Very beautiful and quiet place BUT the address on the hotels.com app is completely wrong!!!! If you are seeking a relaxing place in the middle of the mountains, this is a good place. However it is very difficult to reach. Search for "Ristorante Val Colla B&B" and you will find the correct location. It is in Bogno, not Gandria. "

"Once you listen to the instructions it’s quite easy to enter and access. Great bathroom, big room, and quiet. I only contacted the number and didn’t have any interaction with any staff. Very clean.. would recommend especially if you r travelling by car. Wi fi is a dog. The aircon is a challenge, possibly some instruction on how to use it. A few fixed hangers in the bathroom would be good. The worst was the bed which groaned and moaned with every move, ( it wasn’t the occupants) Secure parking is...

"It was an accommodating place, very comfortable.. Nicholas got us to the airport in plenty of time. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. I would recommend it to anyone. the only liability was that you could hear people in the rest of the building. "

We were there during a hot spell and our room was almost unbearable, but that was mother nature! We did have fans that helped to cool the room down. We only had a couple of concerns. Vittorio, the owner, was almost rude to us at times. We tried our hardest to warm him up to us, but he remained cool to us. His wife, however, was always warm and provided us with terrific...

"The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "
