Central location , 10 min from either stations and a few mins to centre Communication with host was good and self check in was easy. We only there for one night however the facilities were fine and being an apartment there was cooking facilities etc. Air con was fine in the high temps Italy was experiencing during our visit.

Clean place. 20 mins walk from the lake ferry point. Lots of restaurants and a Carrefour close by. Microwave, fridge, kettle all worked as advertised. Bathroom was adequate. Left luggage facility was super easy and convenient. Property does not have an elevator and walking up with a standard check-in suitcase will be super difficult.

Wish I could give 6 stars to communication with host. This one was one of the best service, attention to detail, and helpfulness I’ve received. Rooms are clean and decent. Tip - communicating with host through whattsapp helped a lot.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent, right in the centre of Como and within easy walking distance of everything, but tucked slightly away from the crowds and noise, which made it feel peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room to make ourselves comfortable. The bedroom was also very comfortable and we had a really good night’s sleep. The ceilings were nice and high too, which made the apartment feel even more open and airy. A couple of things to be aware of: the apartment is on the second floor and there are quite a few stairs, so it’s not ideal if you have heavy suitcases. The air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t working, so we had to keep the bedroom door open to allow the cool air from the lounge to reach it. The shower worked, but it was quite dated and some of the fittings around the shower were starting to come apart and could do with some attention. Overall, though, we had a lovely stay. The fantastic location, spacious apartment and peaceful setting made it a great base for exploring Como.

The apartment I rented was near the company office where I was warmly greeted and accompanied to the apartment itself. It was centrally located in Como, at street level and walking distance to the lakefront and the San Giovanni railway station. The unit was one large interconnected space (kitchen, sitting area and bedroom area with separate sink and toilet/shower room). It was clean, comfortable and included all the essentials, although there was no clothes washer or dryer.

Very good location for a small “apartment style” hotel. Near to restaurants and shops, but a bit away from the lake, so more affordable and quiet. The property was a bit dated, but I found it very comfortable, slept well, and the staff were very friendly.
