The only downside was the intermittant internet service despite Filippo's efforts to correct it. The problem was due to faulty incoming cable, which I hope has now been repaired. "The decor (room #1) was very romantic with a lovely balcony. The only negative was our bathtub could not be filled with more than about 3 inches of water before it drained out so the jets could not work. We loved our delicious breakfast and conversing with our charming, friendly hostess Patrizia. We had a wonderful stay in Lucca. This property was a great value!"
