"My second time staying at this property. The location in West End Greenville cannot be beat. And it includes TWO parking spaces, which are at a premium when Artisphere comes to town. Easy walk to Falls Park on the Reedy, or to a Greenville Drive baseball game. (Be forwarned: you WILL hear Fireworks on Friday nights when the Drive are in town!) "They hosts thought of everything you would need for a week-long stay! Our stay was not the vacation we had planned due to a medical emergency with my husband. Our adult children surprised us with their presence and stayed with us on the property. Host was wonderful, brought us fresh picked strawberries and flowers. We are coming back in September! "The house is a perfect place to stay for attending concerts at the nearby Bon Secours arena (the old Bi-lo Center). There's evan a local Brewery just a couple minutes away. Very private and quiet with a fire pit, gas grill, etc. The owners are very responsive and helpful."

"This was our second stay at this home, though last time we were on the other side of the duplex. It is comfortable and had everything we needed for a visit with our son's family nearby. Good communication with the owner re: an issue with the washer which we did not need anyway but it was nice of him to let us know. An awning or some sort of covered entrance over the front door would be nice - we got soaked when a storm came through while we were unloading. It also needs more than one mirror so...

"Cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood - open floor plan, nicely furnished, kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook except for breakfast, very close to Travelers Rest. Large bathroom, comfortable queen sized beds, great to have full sized washer & dryer. Poodles loved the fenced in back yard although with all the leaves it made it hard to pick up their poop (I had to follow them to make sure I got it all). "Easy walk to the west end and the start of beautiful downtown Greenville. Intersection has the potential to be a little noisy, but did not interrupt sleep. Modern kitchen, and all the amenities. Sleeps four but only if they are couples. Beds were very comfortable. Overall better than average experience."
