While the kitchen and deck were great to have, I would't plan on spending too much time in the house as it is quite small! Great deck, relative privacy for the development. "Great location next to wonderful beach. Reasonable amenities were included in a much smaller than expected "vintage" house. Four bedrooms that were squeezed in were at the expense of closets and a washer and dryer."
