“Great location - decent rooms”
First off, here are the negatives: 1) The TV appeared to be about 10 years old. No biggie, as I didn't go there to watch TV. 2) The carpet, although clean, was a bit worn. 3) No wireless service in the room, but the wired connection worked fine. That's it..The room was clean, comfortable, and I had plenty of towels. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is centrally located. It was just a short walk from the downtown area and the Metro station was a couple of blocks away. I would gladly stay there again.
“Calm and Clean”
The room was clean, the staff was friendly ant the atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. I will definitely go back to this hotel next time in Montreal. Could be rated higher than ***.
“Very good hotel in a great location!”
My stay at the Delta Montreal was very nice. My room was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I could walk or take the subway to anywhere I needed to go.
“convenient location and fair price”
This hotel located just 2 mins walk to two Metro stations, and close to shopping area with many department stores near by. It was easily to find money exchange, Cafe, small restaurants. Also, it is just 6 blocks from The Museum of Fine Arts. The room is huge, clean, and with a balcoony! :> The only thing that made me unsatisfied was the hotel only provides ice but no drinking water. However, you can buy grocery at the shop located in the lobby.
“Excellent hotel, excellent value.”
This hotel has very interesting and spacious rooms, with odd shapes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and exercise facilities are excellent.
“Absolutely stay here again!!!! Awesome :-)”
The location is quite ideal... the room was extremely spacious... the pool was satisfactory... the breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres were spectacular... the staff were wonderful... this place was AWESOME! Terrific experience.
“Had a great time!”
We checked in and were given a room on the 19th floor with a balcony which, was far better than what we had expected. We had a great view of the city. The room was nice and clean and all the staff was friendly. The beds are very comfortable. We didn't eat there but, had a few drinks at the bar which always seemed to be stocked with complementary chips and nuts. The pool and hot tub were both clean and nice. The location was great, right in the middle of downtown, we were able to easily walk to Rue St. Catherine from the hotel. Had a great time and would go back.
“Worth the stay”
Very clean ; excellent workout equipment; friendly staff; excellent breakfast buffet; did not have time to try the pool. Would stay again!
“A Hotel For Everyone”
The Delta Montreal was both casually elegant and child friendly; with sparkling clean surfaces and quality furnishings. The staff greeted the children with snacks, directed my husband to the business center and gave me the extension for the spa. The large lap pool was provisioned with life jackets for the kids. The hotel sports a small garden and playground, both very hard to find in the city. We will definitely return.
“Very nice hotel”
I stayed at this hotel with two of my freinds and it was very nice. The hotel staff was very nice and they were all bilingual. We didn't try the restaurant or the bar but they looked very nice. My only complaint is that on their website they have pictures of the pool and they make it look so beautiful, but it's nothing special.
