"It felt like camping which we were fine with. We spent most of our time hiking and visiting family. We do not recommend taking Tuna Canyon Road as Google Map sent us on. We only made that mistake once."

"This cottage is located on a beautiful wide beach. You have private access through the patio gate. You can walk for miles on the sandy beach."

My fiancee and I spent a night after our engagement at this property and it was everything I was looking for and more. The Topoanga town is great to explore as well. Samantha was responsive, very accommodating to my needs, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would come back!"

"Overall, we liked the property very much. The beach house was very cute and had comfortable beds, a good supply of dishes, pots and pans and linens. The outdoor patio area and furniture were very dirty making it uninviting. We brought our own lounge chairs, and were happy we did. Parking was difficult. Our main concern was the very loud traffic - day and night. Lots of very loud motorcycles. "

"My sister & I stayed in the Airstream while our 3 adult children stayed in the Carriage House. We had one pm that we lost power but Brooke immediately addressed & fixed the issue the next morning. The grounds are beautiful and we took advantage of the pool & hot tub. Highly recommend this property. You will have a great time!"
