"was told that there is no heat. we definitely tested that theory - weather outside in 20's, but totally warm inside. place was very close to everything, and so much cleaner that the last one we rented in Linville. p.s. oven could use a 'little touchup'"

"The location was great, size was perfect, everything I could expect and more. The view was amazing. Bed slept well for my back issues. Had plenty of hot water when needed. Parking was at the front door so didn’t have to haul luggage very far. Neighbor was very friendly and informative about the area. Realtor answered all questions prior to arrival. I would definitely stay here again and have suggested this to others who may want to vacation in the Crossnore area."

"There was hair in the shower and sink. The shower liners looked dirty and much to long and hanging in the dirty water. Trash was left in the downstairs. There was no toilet paper, trash can liners, or soap for the shower. Multiple obvious mouse traps left the feeling there was a mouse problem that we may encounter- which we did not. "

"We had a nice stay. The house is beautiful in a beautiful location. The view and deck is gorgeous. We were a bit disappointed that there was a coffee maker with no pot so we couldn’t make coffee. I would have loved to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning. The ice maker didn’t work so we had no ice. Dishwasher was broken so we hand washed the dishes which was fine but if the dishwasher is broken it would be nice if there was more than one dish towel and some type of dish rack. The...

"Not easy to find, get to. Beautiful place and view; hot tub was wonderful, beds very comfortable, the weather was lovely. The kitchen was clean, well equipped, and cozy. We enjoyed our time together in the cottage. The property could benefit from handrail on lower steps from driveway to upper deck and front door, garlic powder in spice rack, fire extinguisher in a more prominent location in case of fire emergencies."

"This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our Blowing Rock getaway. the location was Perfect - we walked to dinner every night and all around town during the day. Also was close to Blue Ridge Parkway when we decided to venture out further. Bed was comfy, loved that there was an ice maker and the place was so clean."

"Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!"
