It was very pleasant stay. We like the room, it had all the essentials and some. It didn't like having to walk up a couple flights of stairs with bad knees. Plus the parking area was being repaved, which cuz a bit of an inconvenience. But we dealt with it. We loved the folliage in the property, and the pool area was very nice as well.

Had to check in by 8:00pm and the lobby closed at that time. Pool also closed early. The wifi didn’t work as the lobby was closed we sent an email and no one answered. Was frustrating as I needed to do some work and wasn’t able to get it done. The walls were very thin we heard the people next to us! Had a hard time falling asleep due to it, after a long day. For the price of this place it wasn’t worth it to be honest.

Mary,We regret you did not have a good experience. Our lobby does close at 8:00 PM, but guest can check-in after that time using our key box system. Although the office is closed, there is a staff member on call 24 hours. Guest can reach the night attendant by calling from your room or dialing the inn directly (emails are not viewed after 8:00 PM).

Our three-generation family shared a suite. We enjoyed the kitchen, bed space for six people, and the nice bathroom. The pool was wonderful, and we even played shuffleboard. The breakfast was great and included a lot of food choices. We liked the quiet and the “old time, classic atmosphere”

Very nice staff! Very clean! It was nice having some breakfast items available! Great to have a mini fridge,microwave and coffee maker in room! Lovely pool! Well run establishment! Close to hospitals …so ambulance sirens are expected.

My purpose for such a negative review on this property is simple. I originally booked through Expedia. A couple days before my proposed stay at the hotel, I called to confirm my room. I was told that I had two twins, which I had booked to Queens. I explained to the manager that, there were three of us to stay in the room and he offered an air mattress. At this point I told him that I was not interested in staying there and paying the full price. My credit card was still charged full price for two nights, and I did not stay at this location at all. They have refused to return my money.

This was an unfortunate situation. Your reservation came to us via Expedia for two TWIN beds. The room type Expedia sends us is precisely what the guest reserved through their site. The rooms populate automatically in our system, thus reducing the chance of human error. We received a call from someone in your party at approximately 5:30PM the day of your arrival, the person calling specifically asked if TWIN was the small beds - thus indicating an awareness that twins were booked and not queens. Regrettably for you, our property was 100% sold out the night of your arrival so there were no options to offer a different bed type configuration. Yes, your ccd was charged the full amount, and you were set up for our after hours arrival. The following morning, when it was discovered you had not arrived. We implemented our standard cancellation policy (two-day notice before day of arrival) and charged you for one night room and tax and refunded the second night.

Great value but no proper blackout curtains and a/c was sub par. Continental breakfast was nice and bed was comfortable. Bathroom shower pressure was really high and water went everywhere. No vent to remove steam either.

Have stayed here on more than a couple of occasions when visiting family in Naples. Like location, property, amenities, personnel, pretty much everything about Fairways Inn of Naples, except for the twin beds this last stay. My fault though due to an oversight when booking. Will stay here again when in Naples visiting family.

The outdoor areas were lush with a very tropical feel. The place is very dated but has potential and they are trying to make some improvements. It is a very tired facility and I'll leave it at that.
