3rd visit to this property and it is always a pleasure. Courteous and helpful staff, love the pool area and its location to downtown Naples. It is a short drive to all the usual super Targets, malls, eating places. Would recommend this area to anyone but keep in mind it is expensive.

I loved the room. The kitchen is full size and very nice. They have a really nice pool area. I loved that I was able easily walk to lots of shops, the beach, get gelato, Sushi, and go to all kinds of restaurants. Soooo ideal!! The staff was excellent. I will be back.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Everything was perfect from the beginning of our stay till the end. I liked how they greeted is with toys for kids and glasses of champagne for adults. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly. Having a shuttle service was very convenient. The location of the hotel is also great, it’s a walking distance to the 5th ave. We had a great experience and definitely will be back.

I enjoyed the stay and it was a clean resort. Our power went out in master room @2am and unable to call anyone. We tried looking for breaker box and unsuccessful @2am. Called first thing in morning and sure enough box was in extra bedroom. If, we had call service that could’ve been communicated. At 2 am our minds were not there….. The area/street walk area was not the greatest. I want to be able to walk around resort and walk to nearby stores. Which, we did do but not nice area to walk.

Excelente atención. Instalaciones muy agradables y pulcras. El único detalle fue que por salir apresurada a la playa dejé mi cadena con baño de oro en un cajon del baño, cuando regresamos ya habían hecho la limpieza y mi cadena ya no estaba. No deje tip para room service puesto que la persona ya se había cobrado. Una lástima que la gente no valore su trabajo y se expongan a ser despedidos. El hotel es excelente, sin duda volveré por tercera vez.
