“6th Trip”
This is my 6th visit to Atlantis and 5th stay at The Cove. I prefer the calm & serene vibe at The Cove when we are heading out for the day or coming in from the night. The main part of Atlantis is usually too crowded with guests and cruise ship visitors. Yes it is expensive and yes about 50% of the staff are not friendly. This personally doesn't bother me as I typically am not a high maintenance traveler and don't require a lot of staff interaction. I know what to expect and I don't let it bother me. We will go back again next year. The only negative I have is that they don't offer any special upgrades or perks for frequent guests. But there again, it doesn't stop me from going and I'm sure they know it. Just go & enjoy yourself!
“Paradise but very costly”
We had a great price for hotel and airlines. The food was super expensive and not any reasonable places to eat. Casino was OK but not Las Vegas. Most of the dealers make up for it by being very sociable, in fact all the service people were extremely nice. A great place for kids with the great water park but I don't know how families afford it. Very relaxing.
“Wonderful stay!”
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Cove and it was one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. The staff is so polite and helpful. I don't really have anything negative to say about the hotel. The only thing I wished is that there were more restaurants there to choose from. I definitely will stay here again if I come back in the future!
“Great Experience”
The only complaint is the bedding. For the price and quality of the hotel, the bed was horrible to sleep on. It was way to firm. I would expect a pillow top bed with some give, it was like sleeping on plywood. Otherwise, the service was great and the hotel was beautiful.
“The best choice in Bahamas”
best hotel in the bahamas. The cove is amazing
“Perfect spot for a caribean get away”
Our family needed some r&r and the cove @ atlantis delivered. Our boys ages 17,14 loved the water park & my husband & I loved the peacefu beach & area pools . The cove even upgraded our room & sent up a complimentary fridge which came in handy for our own in room drinks/snacks since we were trying not to tap into their well stocked mini fridge. It is possible to go and not break the bank . Great restaurants all around to suit a variety of budgets . Highly recommend it !
“The COVE... RESERVE! RESERVE!!!!”
It was a great place, very beautiful but the exclusive pool to the cove was a joke. You had to reserve a chair!!! Dinner reservations two days in advance are a must if you want to eat at any of the overpriced restaurants. The buffets at the cove are better than at the Royal Towers, but are $$$$ better relax and enjoy it. Overall the resort is more family oriented and a better place for groups. The water slides are awesome and included with your stay!
“Atlantis Cove”
there were issues with rudeness of some of the staff, and also with security reservations for many of the restaurants at the site, the cost of meals, and the shuttle transportation to/from the airport
“not what i expected”
not bad.......did not meet expectations
“The Best”
The hotel staff was very accommodating! Our two sons even went down to the Concierge and ask if they could arrange something for our anniversary, they said usually requires 24 hrs notice, but at 9:00pm the Concierge made a call and we had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries with a personalized card from the boys! Not only were we impressed with the boys, we were very impressed with the staff.
