For the price and location its worth it if on a budget in the Bahamas. Its location is very convenient to the airport. Also you are able to walk to the beach across the street. If you are looking for fancy and very high end accommodations, this place will disappoint. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a coffee/breakfast shop in the lobby that was very nice.

I don’t recommend it for more than 2 days because everything’s far from the downtown, breakfast isn’t included, it’s closer to the airport. Besides taxi fare is very very expensive (aqua rides) is an official app for taxi but they don’t accept card only cash. And they also charge a lot of money. I paid 45 dollars from this location to downtown. For this reason, I don’t recommend you to book in this Hotel Sun Fun.

If you’re looking for clean and cheap without all the frillies of a big chain, this is the place to be. It’s quiet. Felt completely safe. The staff was fantastic.

This was a good location for a solo traveler because the bus stop is right outside of the hotel. I will say, the photos of the front lobby online are completely different to what is actually there in real life, I don’t even know where they got these photos as it 100% not the actual Sun Fun hotel, but I suppose it doesn’t matter all too much because the rooms look the same. Nikki was of great help. The staff were all helpful and friendly. And you get access to a private beach nearby and it is so beautiful, and almost no one is ever there. I went out to the beach every day and there was quite a couple times where I was on that beach completely on my own. If you’re a solo traveler or just traveling on a budget, this place is definitely a good option. You just have to learn to hail the Jitney #10 Bus to get to downtown!
