"The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. We were given slips to fill out to order our complimentary breakfast, which was delivered to our door the next morning. There was complimentary coffee, tea, water, cookies, fruit, and danishes in the lobby. Our room didn’t have a balcony, but there was a wonderful view of the sound. Our linens were clean and the bed provided a comfortable night’s sleep. I loved how customizable the A/C unit was, which included a remote you could remove from the wall to keep on the nightstand. "

"My stay at the Crystal Coast was wonderful. The room was very clean, comfortable with a great view. I think all of the rooms here face the ocean. The hotel also offers chairs for the beach and a pool with a hot tube. The staff were friendly. I can not speak to the eco friendliness. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel has had major renovations. Our bathroom was very nice. The room overall was great. Front desk staff wer helpful and efficient. Breakfast was great and the attendant was friendly and efficient. Our third stay here and we'll be back!"

"Lady at the desk was very nice to my 7 year old and family. The room was very clean and remodeled. Granite countertop in the bathroom and very nice linen. We were in town to pick up a new Jeep at Riverside Jeep down the road. We would definitely stay again."
