Check-in a disaster! We had expedia make the reservation direct as we needed a hotel that would accept pets. On arrival they denied check in because we had a dog! Cost me $50.00 to board the dog at a vets

Our room was comfortable and nice, clean. Lighting was rather poor, but that is common with the use of the green bulbs that are the norm now days. Dryer for clothes was not working well, took about 2 hours to get anything near dry and then had to hang clothes on a chair or something for a while to really get them really dry. If you need internet to check on anything, i.e. something work related, it is so slow as to be almost useless, but they do have wifi with huge limitations. Location is very good and it is easy to get to all three ski resorts in the area. Rooms are somewhat noisy, so if you are a light sleeper, just realize that anyone above you or traffic in the hallways will be heard rather distinctly. Nothing major wrong here, just understand the limitations we found. I would recommend the hotel but with the above information.

The staff was excellent in helping us find directions. They did neglect to tell me about a $50 charge on my account for incidentals. I got home and saw the charge and assumed my account had been compromised. I cancelled the card and am now waiting for a new card which is a pain. My sister stayed at the same hotel and told me she had been told about a $50 incidental charge.
