"the cabin was a perfect small and very clean place and had everything that I needed. Everything worked and I felt I had access to everything I wanted. It would have been nice to have some steps to the creek/river as it may be hard for an older person or a non-athletic person. for me it was fine, but you had to hold onto trees and carefully navigate the short walk to the water. "We rented this house because of its location, only 2 miles into Gunnison. It also has a pond which was lovely. There were geese and ducks plus they have four goats and chickens. Our daughter and her three daughters were able to spend a couple nights with us. They loved it! They got to pet the goats, see the chickens up close so saw where the eggs were laid. There was one male goose, Dave the goose was friendly. Dave loved grandpa. Dave protected grandpa and let grandpa pick him up and would wrap...
