"Busy location but minimal noise disturbance at night - at least from the street...air con unit was very noisy and had limited effectiveness. Room comfortable for the most part - one narrow window with views of a all and rooftops mainly. Extremely helpful staff on reception - especially Johnny + Rick. "Super happy after 2 nights stayed with my family (including seniors and children). Highly recommended. This is the best hotel in Hanoi's old quarter that you can checkin for cleanliness, comfy beds, spacious, short walking distance to all the attractions in the city and nearby many well-known local delicacies and coffee stores, very close to the Sword Lake (Ho Guom), very friendly and helpful staffs,... I was amazed by the great service from the hotel staffs who prepared a take-away breakfast...
