This is probably the nicest hotel I've stayed in. The staff is kind and helpful. The room had the best bed I've slept in away from home. First class!

The hotel lobby and hallways are very nice. The rooms need a little updating. The furniture was from the early 1970s I think. I also have a thing about shower heads. It had a cheap, crappy shower head. The bed was very cozy. The valet service was on point. The bar (The Library) was amazing. Great ...
Next to Allen event center. Courtyard was excellent. Room was great.
Nice room. Extremely comfortable bed. Bathroom very small but adequate. Couch.

We loved this hotel, and in many ways prefered it to the hotel we typically stay in downtown. Beautiful, clean and quiet.

This hotel is still there, but under new management. It is now the Renaissance hotel
The only thing I could ask for to be different is more water pressure in the shower. Could just be a plugged shower head. Everything else was perfect. Room overlooking the pool area, quiet, awesome AC, bed was comfortable, smelled clean and fresh. Nothing broken, staff was friendly and greeted us ...
Very pleased with my room, the staff and the facility. Would definitely recommend Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West.

All worked well. So glad we booked thru AARP. The hotel is exactly across the street from our weekend destination so the convenience and luxury made it the perfect choice.

Noisy from Stemmons Fwy noise. Odd room configuration, not enough light in the room, the shower leaked no matter what we did
The check in staff were very nice and accommodated all of my requests....my only hiccup is that they kicked us out the pool and the sun was barley setting..it should at least be open until 10...the bar staff and servers were ok

The hotel is very nice, large rooms. Very quick check-in, check-out, they had no problem letting us check out a half hour late. They have a pool, but we didn't use it. Parking is limited.
