"Nice hotel with many amenities. Front desk staff was excellent. Housekeeping and maintenance were very responsive. Bar is nice although one of the bartenders was a bit uptight. Wine and bourbon selections were good. I didn’t care for the placement of the blinking smoke alarm over the bed and while the opaque glass bathroom wall is interesting, if someone in your party needs to get up early and get ready, when they turn the bathroom light on, it lights up the whole room — which was the case...

"The day we checked was the day of the microsoft outage. This shut down the hotel staff's ability to use their "system" to check us in. The staff was very resourceful to develop a manual process for getting everyone checked in. They were also very empathetic of our situation and worked very hard to make everyone as comfortable as possible while we waited to check in."
