It was very pleasant. Nice location, nice view from my room. Breakfast at the Hotel were very good, especially the Croque Madame. My only complaint is that someone left a City Pass for me on the lobby and they did not find it when i ask for it.
Came to Chicago for a short vacation to do some sightseeing and see a Coldplay concert. The Concierge was very helpful to all of our needs. Saw parks, the Lincoln Park Zoo, went to the beach, toured the Navy Pier, went shopping, took a river and lake cruise, saw fireworks, took the hop on hop off ...
Excellent location, amazing staff. Room showed some signs of wear but generally nothing that effected us at all. Will definitely return to the Wit.
We loved this hotel! Every staff member we interacted with (from check-in to check-out) was so nice and helpful. Kenneth, the driver & bell hop and "tour guide" was so warm and welcoming. We are not familiar with the train system and he told us what train to take and how to get to where we were going ...
We stayed on the top floor of a very old nostalgic hotel. Nice view of the city. The hotel was in a perfect location to most of the downtown attractions. Very accessible via transit as well. I'd stay again considering it's priced way better than most other options in the area.
We had a great stay at the Sheraton. The location was perfect for getting to Navy Pier. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. I am looking forward to going again next year
All the staff was very helpful with all our needs. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay.
Room was recently updated as hotel was under a major renovation. The staff was very professional when checking in. The only negative experience during our stay was a loud wedding party which was just outside our room on the ground floor. If I would have known about the wedding in advance I would ...

Although I spent a night here, I should've stayed longer, and that I did. Loved it so much, I'll be back to stay again and again...
We just spent the night and did not spend any time in the hotel other than showering and sleeping. I would rate it slightly below the Fairmont Chicago. Altogether a nice not fabulous hotel. Room and bath seemed clean
Hotel is excellent, is located in a very nice place. Hitelnis close to very good places for tourist, like tours, "beach", stores, culture, restaurants, etc
