"This a cute little duplex that was perfect for my stay near Duke university hospital. I was there for several weeks and had great communication with the host/owner. There were a few issues that got resolved immediately and even had a few extensions that were handled with ease. The neighborhood is a mix of incomes, generations, and ethnic backgrounds but i always felt safe and absolutley no trouble of any kind. It even has a small back yard if you want the space. "Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!"
