If you don't like scenery or service

It is clean and sufficient. There was no phone in my room. There was no walking to anything because it is on a main hi way road and the other road has no side walk. I had heavy luggage and no one moved to helped me with it. No smiles.no one explained where the restaurant was or what the availability was or the Wi Fi codes. The Breakfast was extra not included and they were sure to let me know that when I came down stairs. ..and take my money and we're kind of rude when I needed change. Room was clean.3 stars....I don't think so....that requires higher services as far as I am concerned. .

Pros: Leaving. Breakfast was actually good, but rather expensive
Cons: Poor condition of hotel
Location: Easy to find. But in a very rough area.
Terrible filthy, scary neighborhood. We were nervous walking outside. Hotel in shambles inside and out. Black mold in bathroom. Elevator operations scary, doors kept banging together up and down. Carpets filthy in room and hallways. Was a cheap price, had I known it was such a dump I would have kept looking. Around the corner from hotel was a cardboard city for bums.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as the room was filthy and the walls where paper thin so you could hear everything going on on the hallway... the bathroom was really unpleasant and the knob to hold the door on the floor had come off, so there was a pointy nail sticking out that you could step on (and we did) really bad choice of hotel!

Not close to anything

We couldn't get accommodation in Paris so went for Charles De Gaule location. Hotel was 20 minutes by cab from CDG and 30-45 minutes from Paris by cab. Thursday night bar was closed when we returned about 11pm. Friday night, restaurant and bar weren't open at all. Asked the staff where there was a decent restaurant and they said about 20 minutes by cab! Not happy!

Don't stay here for a Paris visit

It's difficult to understand how this hotel rated three stars. While the hotel lobby looks nice, the hallway outside the room looks like a renovated public housing block. The room was clean, but left much to be desired. The bathroom towels were threadbare. The water in the bathroom smelled like chemicals in hair dye. And the noise from the street was loud. We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the RER and free parking. Looking at an online map, it's less than 3km to the Le Blanc Mesnil station, but the map doesn't tell you that you have to walk through a rough neighborhood to get there. The 351 bus does run from a stop outside the hotel to the city center, but it stops running after 9:30pm. Simply put, we expected the hotel to be a 3-star hotel, at the very least the equivalent of a Best Western in the US. However, the stay was unhelpful and unfriendly. When we asked for a tax at the front desk, the attendant called a limousine that charged 65 Euros for a ride to Hotel de ville. The next morning, the attendant demanded a 30 Euro deposit in order to unlock our phone to make an outside call (this charge wasn't posted next to the front desk). It wasn't until we checked out of the hotel early that the hotel staff was accommodating. Although we paid for two nights up front, we finally left in frustration and moved to the CDG Pullman, where we had a good experience.

the hotel staff were very hostile and inconsiderate towards us and made us feel so unwelcome i hated my stay there and hope this hotel is never recommended to any one again or they need to review their staffing as they have no sense of customer service.
