We stayed at this property because we were going to a concert and it was right next to the venue. David the manager was absolutely wonderful. We arrived on an early flight and arrived at the hotel early but he said he would have a room for us very shortly and he did. He was very helpful with our stay. The gym was great and the equipment was wonderful.

Hotel was very well presented and beds were super comfortable. As a family visiting for sightseeing, we liked the location and really enjoyed our stay here. I'm deducting a star because air con wasn't as good as I'd hoped during a heatwave, and also there was a power outage on our last night. It was resolved later in the evening, but was a bit of an inconvenience as we were trying to go out. I think we were a bit unlucky, because otherwise it was a really nice hotel. Staff were excellent and very pleasant.

★★☆☆☆ — Outrageously Overpriced! €800 for One Night and Terrible Air Quality. Absolutely Not Worth It! We stayed at the Renaissance Paris La Défense because we were attending Céline Dion’s concert at Paris La Défense Arena. The location was extremely convenient for that purpose, but paying €800 for one night at this hotel was absolutely unjustifiable. To be fair, there were some positive aspects. The room was spacious, and we had two queen-size beds, both very comfortable, with excellent bedding. The breakfast was also decent. Unfortunately, the biggest problem was the air quality in the room. The moment we walked in, we noticed an unpleasant, musty smell and an overwhelming feeling of humidity, almost as though there were a mold problem somewhere. We immediately turned on the air conditioning and fan and left them running throughout our stay. The air eventually improved somewhat, but the room never felt properly fresh. What made matters worse was that the windows couldn't be opened. When a hotel room has sealed windows, proper ventilation and air circulation are absolutely essential. Unfortunately, that was clearly lacking. Despite its generous size, the room felt strangely claustrophobic because of the stale, humid air. And then there's the price. €800 FOR ONE NIGHT! I'm sorry, but this is La Défense, not the 1st arrondissement of Paris, and certainly not a luxury palace hotel. For that kind of money, I expect much more than a large room with comfortable beds.

Pricey but picked for location to Paris La Defense Arena for a concert. Breakfast was good quality, room was comfortable. Would stay here again for a concert but prices seem inflated when there’s an event on.

No car is required when you stay here. Was such easy/safe walking to work and any amenities are right around the corner at Westfield. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Quick walk to the metro line one.

The moment we checked in,the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was nice and big and the beds were comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant 2 nights and it was very good. We didn’t eat the breakfast buffet, we thought it was a little expensive (27 euros). Overall, it is a nice hotel with good value for your money.

It's great if you're seeing a concert at the La Defence arena, very short walking distance. There was also a big Christmas market right outside. Good facilities and friendly staff.

Great location just outside of city center. Quick subway ride (less than 10 mins) from city center. Subway is located just outside the hotel and connected to a mall. Rooms are a bit dated but service is fantastic! Would recommend.

This property is outside of the main areas where you would want to visit, but that also means that the accomodations are newer and larger. Easy access to the metro and a €25 Uber ride to the Louvre, Arc, or Notre Dame. The staff has been very pleasant and no issues.

Concert visit

Stayed for 3 nights for a concert at Paris Defense Arena. Brilliant location, literally 5 mins walk away tops. Very friendly welcome from Polina. Very informative and helpful. Very clean room, comfy bed and the most powerful shower ever ! Great breakfast with excellent choices. Lovely staff in the restaurant and bar..they make great cocktails !

Is a modern hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The room size is just right as compared to city center rooms are relative small. The bathroom is big. Good spread of breakfast. Walkable to The Defense Station which consist the varous mode of transports (Metro, RER and Bus). Nearby there are the Westfield CNIT & Les 4 Temps shopping malls with lots of eateries. Overall is a good hotel. If the rooms are brightly lighted & bathtub has antislip mat, that would be perfect.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the upside, my room had hot water, which was a relief because some of my colleagues weren't so lucky. However, the front counter service left much to be desired. When we all checked in together, I ended up being the odd one out and couldn't get sorted even after waiting for over an hour. It was frustrating to see my colleagues handled promptly while I was left standing there. Eventually, one of them had to intervene before I could finally get checked in. The service overall was disappointing, and it's hard not to wonder if my experience had anything to do with being the only Asian in our group. Hopefully, this was just a one-off situation, but it definitely put a damper on an otherwise decent stay.

The location is excellent and gives one direct access to the elevated "mall" area. We did not eat there as other nearby options were available. One word,,eclair, baguette. One must hop a cab to get to the important activities in Paris, 35 E. The rooms were not kept clean enough or serviced very well. We think there is a shortage of housekeeping staff. The front desk staff was excellent. There is a hydration room with excellent filtered water and a coffee machine available, although it broke down and remained broken over the weekend. The hotel experienced a "brown out" and some rooms lost power, temporaraly. Parking is easy and part of the hotel, below. This is a business hotel in a "quiet" location for Paris. If we returned to Paris we would chose to stay elsewhere. Again the front desk staff were EXCELLENT. The very best. and we appreciated that.
