Convenient Location near Metro StationPosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: The proximity to the the Metro was really convenient.
Cons: Expand the number of computers in the business center. Have guidelines posted on changing languages. Provide basic postal services (stamps/mailing).
Location: There was a small grocery store and pharmacy across the street which were very convenient. There were lots of cafes as well.
Metro station was close to hotel which made travel convenient. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. There was only 1 computer in the "business center". I had to buy time to use their computer. I had trouble switching language on the computer. Could not get a refund even though I wasn't able to use the business center, however, one of the hotel staff went out of his way to help me send a quick email using the hotel's internet connection.

Perfect for a one night stayPosted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: It was clean and modern. The bathroom had a good shower and bath. The staff were professional and helpful.
Location: Very central. Close to Montparnasse, cinemas, restaurants, shops and the metro.
We decided to stay here as we were returning to Paris for one night before flying out the following morning. We chose the hotel as it is close to the SNCF station at Montparnasse. The hotel is modern by Paris standards. It is clean and well maintained. There is a pleasant garden inside where you can sit and eat or just hang out. The staff were welcoming and professional. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom just fine. The room is small by North American standards but fine by Paris standards. The bus for the airport leaves just down the street and this was an added bonus as we did not have to take the RER to the airport.

Warning!!! My money was stolen from the Safe!!!Posted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: How can I like this hotel? Its cleaness is good honestly. But if the security is so low how can you enjoy other things?
Cons: Fix this serious security problem. Hope other customers read our comment and others' who were victims. We don't want see other victims like us.
Location: The hotel is close to a big hub station of metro. But if you are not used to the public transit, it is not convenient to go to the tour places.
Warning!!! The hotel’s security is the worst I have ever experienced. I am a very experienced traveler. A very serious crime happened on the first day when my husband and I got there. Our money had been stolen from the SAFE in our room!!! We believe there is a thief organization in the hotel with at least one hotel staff (their level should be way more higher than the cleaning staff). Consider carefully when you intent to book this hotel!!! My wife and I booked this hotel for eight nights from June 14 to June 22, 2014. When we got the hotel at around 9:00 PM on we put our money in the safe of our room. The room has an extra door between our room and a neighbor room. Then we went out of the hotel for a supper directly after asking the front desk a small question. When we got back to hotel after the supper my wife found the safe was open. It turned out our money had been stolen partially. The manager in the hotel showed us the entry record of our room during that time later after we reported. There is no evidence of other entering except us. But someone could definitely sneak into our room by entering our neighbor room and went through the door between our room and our neighbor room. The manager did not help us. He just paid lip service and postponed action until we left. This almost ruined our vacation in France. We feel we were fooled and humiliated. We are so frustrated. Don’t book this hotel if you don’t want to experience what we went through.

Nice hotel close to Gare MontparnassePosted Jul 14, 2014
We usually stay at the Concorde Montparnasse whenever we need to catch a train at the Gare Montparnasse. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean with free Wifi. The train station is really close, just at the bottom of the street.

Paris trip with my daughterPosted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Friendly. Clean. Good standard room and reception areas
Cons: Like everywhere else in Paris that I went to - the beer and wine seemed very expensive
Location: La France opposite for Breakfast. Good Jazz bar - Le Journal - just down the road. Use main station next to hotel to get to the metro. Travellators!
As I was travelling with my 16 year old daughter I requested a decent sized room with twin - rather than double - beds, which is exactly what we got. The room was clean and felt quite modern and had a well stocked mini-bar (which we did not use) a modern flat screen TV mounted on the wall and a safe. We faced into the internal courtyard which meant the room was very quiet and peaceful. I suspect the rooms at the front of the hotel could be quite noisy. Our towels were actually all changed daily during our 3 day stay and the room and bathroom were always immaculately clean. My one grumble was the price of their breakfast although we quickly found that there is a Restaurant/Bar over the road (La France) which does a traditional Continental Pain/Croissant type breakfast and a decent pot of tea for a fraction of the price. We became regulars! The hotel staff were all courteous and friendly and to be honest I felt that for the price we paid we had a very good experience overall.
