The location is great for Eiffel Tower

Posted May 26, 2015
Very close to tower and all bus and boat tour stops. The staff was always friendly. The family room was very nice, the single was too but a little cramped in shower. We would stay there again.

We booked this hotel through Expedia mystery hotels. We were a little disappointed with what we got. The hotel looked very old, and there was a mistake the first night we were placed in a room in construction. A different front desk lady called us the next day to make us change room at 2pm. She seemed quite upset with the other person from front desk who made the mistake.. The hotel staff wasn't too welcoming and the hotel was outdated. The only positive point is the location and price!

Best hotel in Paris under $100/night.

Posted Apr 28, 2015
I stayed here April 24-April 27 2015. I was shocked to see the room we got for the price we payed. I've payed more at motel 6 for far less quality. Yes, the rooms are small but very cozy and have what you need. The hotel staff was great! There is one gentleman (I wish I had asked his name) who was multi-lingual and was the most helpful front desk receptionist I have ever encountered. I stay in hotels often, around 18 nights in 4 months so far and this has been my best experience ever. The price, the staff, the super short walk to the metro and Eiffel Tower... Too many pros. There is even a small market on the right when you exit the hotel that's about one minute or less away. People complain too much about the size of the room and amenities. If you want more, pay more. If you want what you need and friendly service in your language, this is the hotel for you.

Location perfect

Posted Apr 13, 2015
This hotel is about 10 minutes away from Eiffel Tower. Since I spend most time outdoors and prefer to book hotels just to crash in for the night, I look for something that isn't very expensive and also accessible to the main places of interest. In that category, this hotel rests perfectly. There is a train station nearby (5 mins walking distance), free wifi, friendly and helpful staff. They even have ties with taxi-shuttle kind of transportation to the airport which was 30% less than the amount regular taxis charge. I would definetly reccomend.

Friendly staff

Pros: Location Metro Stop Close by Grocery Stores close by Short walking distance to Eiffel Tower ATM located near by
Cons: Update paint in hallways and furnishing in room.
Location: 10 minute or less walk to Eiffel Tower, grocery stores on the same street, decent restaurant located next door to hotel.
Was greeted by friendly staff each time. Breakfast was nice as well as the breakfast attendant. I did not have high expectations because of my low rate, however the friendliness of the staff made up for it's short comings. Room was small and bathroom was even smaller, but served it's purpose. The room was clean and had clean linens. Noise level from the street was loud at times as there are apartment buildings surrounding hotel. Pretty quiet at night though. Spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower at night if you step out into the street just outside the front door. Would be great location for someone on an extremely low budget like students. I work in the hotel industry and I was satisfied with my stay.

Friendly, traditional and comfortable.

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: Everything. It was a bargain. The kettle was very clean and the tea/coffee supplies were of pleasing quality.
Cons: Towels could be fluffier, bedding could be more luxurious, real cups or mugs instead of plastic. But these things were all fine for the rpice-range.
Location: look at a map, it's obvious!
I booked through expedia but failed to make it to Paris as expected due to Eurostar cancellations. I emailed the hotel to request they kept my room ready for the second night, and received a friendly and helpful message in return. On arrival, check-in was quick and the staff member was friendly and concerned to make me as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious and had a real bath with abundant piping hot water. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. I was very happy, especially given the excellent price I got the room for. There is a nice Portuguese/French restaurant next door. I am hoping to return with my family for a short city-break and will try to book here again. (Can't give a higher recommendation than that!)
