Good location.

Pros: The location is close to metro, cafe+restaurant, national opera and printempts.
Cons: Wifi is unstable.
Location: National opera is only 10 minutes walk, different access to metro, and easy to get meal around the hotel.
The hotel is good for a budget traveller who want to have a comfort with public transport.

Posted Nov 29, 2013
Pros: LOCATION...LOCATION. Managers were friendly and responsive.
Cons: Housekeeping training on providing the basics and cleanlyness. Information provided about restaurants ect. in the vacinity.
Location: Hotel was located near to two large department stores, metros and restaurants.
Great location but very few amenities. Housekeeping needs training. Room was small with no space for hanging or storeage of clothes.

Diseaster

Pros: location
Cons: almost everything
Location: convenient
I would never recommend this hotel due to many reasons: first of all very small room (which according to the floor map on its door was one of the biggest at the floor!?), narrow corridors difficult to walk through with a small suitcase, the smallest elevator I have ever seen (1 person size), no wc in the room!? even though there was a bathroom inside, and many other strange 'solutions', which all together made this place not a nice place to stay in, even for a short 2 night trip only. Apart from breakfast and location which were both OK I can't say anything good about this place. After coming back home I realised I don't have 100euro note in my wallet that I took 'just in case' I had some problems with my card, and as I had no occasion to loose it during my stay I presume it was stollen, and the only place I left my wallet 'alone' during mu trip to Paris was hotel room. Sorry for saying this, I have no proof but I am 99,9% sure it was stolen there. Nothing to add I guess.

Great price, great location!

Posted Oct 23, 2012
Pros: The staff were very friendly, nothing to complain about!
Cons: The shower and sink were not very 'nice looking' but this was expected with such a cheap room rate.
Location: Great location! Close to a few different Metros
Perfect price for a centrally located hotel with no frills. I'd recommend it to a friend any day!

Affordable hotel

Posted Jul 10, 2012
Pros: Wi-Fi
Cons: No toilet in room
Room very small, okay for a single person, not sure for couple. Mine has a shower, but no toilet, quite inconvenient - I'd rather have toilet instead. The separate toilet is quite clean, but once runs out of toilet paper. The light in my bathroom is not working. I told the frontdesk once and nothing happened. Has a TV, but no English channel, so not useful to me. The door handle/lock is broken (a screw is missing I guess) and has a temporary fix - steel wires. I broke it again and fortunately I was able to put them back, or I'll be locked in the room and have to call the frontdesk. It seems that there is staff at frontdesk 24 hrs, good. Wi-Fi is good too. Room is clean. Can hear other people in the hotel very easily. It didn't bother me too much but might be issue for others. Most time it's quiet. Quite close to several Metro and RER stations, convenient.

Nice, small, hotel in Paris

We were quite pleased. Older facilities, and tiny elevator, but decent value. Great location.

Excellent Value for Money

Posted Jun 5, 2012
Pros: Location
Cons: Small Rooms
Location: Just behind Gallerie Lafayette, in Opera Distrct, nearest tube Havre-Caumartin
For the price that we paid, we received excellent value for money. The location is fantastic, just behind Gallerie Lafayette, and a 2 minute walk from Havre-Caumartin tube stop. The room are very small, although ours were clean. Beware, the lift is tiny! We got upgraded to a room with a toilet included, but not all rooms are. The TV didn't work, but wasn't too bothered about that. The window opened but wouldn't prop. Plenty of cafes and bars in the area, but like all Paris is very expensive. Check in and out went without a hitch.

Great Location

I love this hotel because it's a great price for the location. Very basic but I really don't think that that's a problem since you don't go on holidays to spend your time in a hotel room! I always stay here when I go to Paris.
