"I was bringing my daughter for the LA colleges tour and we used this property for a week as the base of operations. This is a very basic place with the beds in two bedrooms, separate bathrooms, living area/TV which we didn’t use and a kitchen/dining area where you can have your quick breakfast and head on or late dinner and get to sleep. And as such it was exactly what we needed. The place is actually quiet at the night so you will have a good sleep without hearing neighbors behind the wall like...

"The living/kitchen area was the right size for our family to relax in, watch TV and play board games. The bedrooms each had their own TV's and bathrooms, which worked well for two adults and two children, especially the two queen sized beds in one of the bedrooms. The location was great and there was no outside traffic noise. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful."

"Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Property was immaculate. Gorgeous decor. We stayed for a festival at the Rose Bowl and ended up walking everywhere from this home base. Some fairly long but pleasant walks. Area is very pretty and quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Only thing not there was hot tub/spa/whirlpool in the listing although it wasn’t a huge deal. There is a lovely claw foot tub in the bathroom, that is more set up for showers than baths. It was lovely and I’d stay again!"

"Everything was fine in the beginning until it rained which was when the ceiling began leaking water and puddles causing flooding from water seeping in from under the floor boards which caused a slip and fall injuring my ankle and ruining some personal items like shoes and clothing from water damage and loss of sleep and comfort and fear or safety hazards.
