“Spent 3 nights, no housekeeping- we expected at least enough supplies. Toilet paper was insufficient. Iron was working wonky. Texted the number given to us- no response. The tower 1 pool closes at 6pm. Lazy river pool was shut down for the week. If you’re looking just for a place to sleep for budget it’s fine, don’t expect it to be more.”

“THIS IS NOT A LISTING FOR THE PALMS HOTEL AND CASINO! The address is actually for Palms Place, next door. This is a VRBO, not a hotel booking. That wasn't abundantly clear when I booked. The bad: I tried to check in to the front desk at the Palms. They couldnt find my reservation. Took the front desk person and I about 20 minutes to examine the minute difference in the addess..
